Take the scenic route eastwards and you enter the magical Karpaz Peninsula. Passing  the upmarket Bafra Resort where a new golf course is under construction, you will not only encounter the wonders of this area of outstanding natual beauty but will also find modern attractions such as the new yacht marina close to Yenierenkoy.

The village of Kurtulus itself has a small supermarket and coffee shop. This is a quiet location where you are likely to see chickens roaming the village streets and the shepherd taking his flock to the grazing fields each day. Pure bliss.
