Looking from the outside of this house you would not believe what the inside looks like, it’s been refurbished throughout with some of the old character still left, along with a modern touch to it. As you walk through the front door you are greeted by a long hallway, which leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms and through to the living area, which is bright and airy. There’s a fully fitted kitchen and a wonderful raised dining area with French doors to a balcony, looking out to the street. There are French windows from the living space to the spacious and very private garden, which has a decked area, a covered seating area and mature fruit and almond trees...there is also plenty of room if you wanted a swimming pool. The deeds are individual and ready for transfer and you are close to the shops and bus route....this really is a great buy and well worth a look!
