With two small grocery stores for you to buy your daily produce or just spend a few minutes for a chat.  You will also find a very well stocked village craft shop. Just 1 mile down the hill is Karaoglanoglu, here you will find supermarkets, restaurants and not to forget to mention sandy beaches.  Should you be a keen walker, around Edremit are lots of interesting and well marked walks. Walking not for you then Edremit is only 3 miles from Girne/Kyrenia town centre
