Yeni Bogazici


Yenibogazici is large a village less than a mile from the main coastal road. In the centre of the village you will find a good selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Several supermarkets and a chemist are located around the village as well as a post office, petrol stations, school and a park. Nearby along the main coastal road you will find the most beautiful sandy beaches located around the Salamis area and also on the borders of Famagusta. Most beaches have full facilities as well as restaurants and beach bars. There are also a large number of undeveloped beaches and coves along the Famagusta bay. This is largely an un-spoilt area and just begging to be discovered! The world heritage site of the Salamis ruins is also less than 2 miles away. 10 minutes’ drive takes you into Famagusta or a 10 minutes’ drive takes you to the picturesque harbour at Bogaz and Iskele.
