FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLAN:
35% of the sale price is payable upon the signing of the Contract of Sale
35% of the sale price is payable in monthly installments up to November 2018 (with completion)
30% of the sale price is payable over 12 equal monthly installments starting from November 2018 (from completion of
construction)
Cash buyers who pay the full purchase price upon the signing of the Contract of Sale on or before 30 September 2017 will receive a 10% discount.
Cash buyers who pay the full purchase price upon the signing of the Contract of Sale on 1 October 2017 or after will receive a 5% discount.
ADDITIONAL COSTS RELATING TO YOUR PROPERTY TRANSACTION:
Electric transformer fee (payable to the Vendor): £1.500
VAT (payable to the Vendor): 5% of sale price
Stamp duty (payable to the tax office): 0.5% of sale price
Title Deed transfer fee (payable to Land Registry office): 3% of the sale price, for first purchase only.
*Title Deed transfer fee is paid at the time that the title deed is transferred into the Purchaser’s name. Subsequent property purchases are 6% of the sale price.
Electric meter connection fee/deposit (payable to KibTek): 1.407 TL
