Located on the eastern coast of Northern Cyprus on Famagusta bay within walking distance to the ancient ruins of Salamis and a short drive into old Famagusta this business has been operating for nearly 4 years. Overview

This small, family run holiday resort has been operating successfully for the past four years. It comprises of a central reception, restaurant and bar area with attractive outdoor terraces making the most of the sea views. The location is excellent being less than an hours drive from both Larnaca airport on the South of Cyprus and Ercan airport in the North. Just a short drive into the historic city of Famagusta with it’s many bars, cafes, shops and nightlife and within walking distance of the ancient ruins of Salamis. The resort fronts onto a sandy beach, part of Long Beach, the longest beach in the whole of Cyprus. The guest accommodation is 62 fully equipped bungalows set in landscaped gardens affording either sea or garden views for the guests. The potential to tap into other markets is good with the area popular with the British market and also very popular with British Cypriots returning for holidays. Other nationalities also like the tranquility this side of Cyprus offers and so we have seen an increase in Northern European and Russian visitors over the past two years. The new road improvements taking place will make getting to the resort even easier than it is now.

The resort currently offers accommodation on a full board to a self catering basis giving the flexibility that visitors may want whilst exploring this beautiful part of the eastern Mediterranean.

 

The Grounds
