The Karpaz is the peninsular area sometimes called the “Panhandle” due to its geographical shape on the eastern end of the island.  The bungalow occupies a prime corner plot position with an extra large garden.

The small but busy town of Yenierenkoy is nearby and the major town and port of Famagusta is a very pleasant drive of about 50 minutes along the scenic coastal route.

This is a vast area of outstanding natural beauty that is fiercely protected by the government from over development with very limited building permissions being granted. The Karpaz is almost totally free of any concentration of industry and is one of the least polluted regions in the European periphery. Small traditional villages and towns where most live off the land or the sea and mile upon mile of glorious sandy beaches reward those visiting this magical place.
