Bogaz is the gateway to the unspoilt exquisite location of the Karpaz, which has some of the best beaches in the Med. The main town of Famagusta is only a short drive away of about 20 minutes, and Ercan Airport can be reached within 45 minutes or so. About 4 miles to the west can be found the small town of Iskele. Here can be found many useful facilities including two hospitals, one private and one government owned. Also there are a number of pharmacies with a rota system ensuring at least one is available at all times in case of emergency. The town has some excellent schools including a government owned school for children aged from 5 to 16 years. There are several shops and banks in the town plus other businesses such as hairdressers, garages and a vets practice.

There is also an excellent modern supermarket on the outskirts of Bogaz and very convenient for this property.
