It also boasts a recently opened restaurant. In the nearby town of Iskele can be found many useful facilities including two hospitals, one private and one government owned. Also there are a number of pharmacies with a rota system ensuring at least one is available at all times in case of emergency. The town has some excellent schools including a government owned school for children aged from 5 to 16 years. There are several shops and banks in the town plus other businesses such as hairdressers, garages and a vets practice. Closer to Bogaz and the property there is a modern supermarket.

Bogaz is the gateway to the unspoilt exquisite location of the Karpaz, which has possibly the finest beaches in the Med. Another major investment in the area is the five star resort at Bafra and a new marina within easy driving distance. These investments reflect the confidence that investors have in North Cyprus and can only add to the value of surrounding properties such as this. The main town of Famagusta is only a short drive away of about 20 minutes, and Ercan Airport can be reached within 45 minutes or so.
