The Village
Yenibogazici is maybe too large to be referred to as a village. Just a mile from the main coastal road takes you into the centre of the village where you will find a good selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Several supermarkets are located around the village as well as a post office, petrol stations, school and a park. About a mile and a half away you will find the most beautiful sandy beaches located at Samosa/Salamis hotels. Full facilities are at the beach as well as restaurants and beach bars. This is largely an unspoilt area and just begging to be discovered! The world heritage site of the Salamis ruins is also less than 2 miles away. 15 minutes drive takes you into Famagusta and 10 minutes drive takes you to the picturesque harbour at Bogaz.
