I adored this home as soon as I walked through the gates as the gardens are so lush and green, with mature trees, flowers and shrubs in abundance and the house, even from the outside, is full of charm character!  There are three double bedrooms and the master comes with a spacious ensuite bathroom with corner bath and a walk in wardrobe and then you have the charming living area; the living room has a fireplace with wood-burner and a lovely traditional style arch leading into the dining area, which has French windows onto the pool.  There’s another stone arch into the kitchen and the kitchen has granite work-surfaces and white goods; this lovely home also have a utility room, a family wet room, entrance hallway, porch-way, electric heaters, flyscreens, wooden beamed ceilings and if all that’s not enough....there is a ‘granny’ annex, which has its own entrance, bathroom and plenty of storage.  As I said....the gardens are so lovely and private and tranquil; the views breathtaking and there’s that all important swimming pool as well as a covered arched terrace, a garage, workshop, dog run and the full title deeds are in the owners name! Catalkoy

Сatalkoy is located 10 minutes outside of Kyrenia town centre, close to the villages of Bellapais and Ozankoy and is known for its affluent residents. The village has a quaint, old-world feel and epitomises the 'Mediterranean village' with its town square and whitewashed buildings.

It's a popular place for tourists and locals alike, as it brings the qualities of a holiday resort into a village atmosphere, Catalkoy is close enough to Kyrenia town centre so that you'll never be far from the action, and yet not too close that you'll never have a peaceful moment. Catalkoy also plays host to some of the best hotels on the island, the Acapulco beach and resort, The Dedeman Olive Tree and, perhaps most notably the five-star Malpas hotel. The Malpas offers a superb restaurant, an ambient jazz bar and a fitness centre and spa among its many facilities, and is well worth a visit for both tourists and locals. Its location affords stunning views, and makes it the perfect place for a little getaway.
