Most will prefer to enjoy a leisurely drive along the sea shore and will be rewarded by the sight of the Mediterranean gently lapping the sun kissed beaches of Famagusta Bay. Closer to the property is the town of Iskele where can be found many useful facilities including two hospitals, one private and one government owned. The town has some excellent schools including a government owned school for children aged from 5 to 16 years. There are several shops and banks in the town plus other businesses such as hairdressers, garages and a vets practice. Ercan Airport can be reached within 45 minutes or so
