It offers a haven of tranquillity for those wishing to explore ancient monuments, lie on deserted sandy beaches, walk along mountain tracks with spectacular views up and down the coastline. It is only a short journey to good restaurants, hotels and shops. This whole area is less built up than other locations in North Cyprus, offering a more Cypriot feel to the Island.

Bogaz is extremely affordable, with excellent fresh, cheap food and drinks at up to half the price of other European cities. The village is just 15 miles (20km) away from Famagusta City and 40 miles (50km) from the International Airport of Ercan.
