There is an excellent modern supermarket on the outskirts of nearby Bogaz and this quaint village is famous for its very pretty setting and small working fishing harbour. Around the harbour can be found a first class selection of restaurants and bars where one can enjoy a pleasant drink or a meal.  The area is blessed with a number of sandy beaches and is well located to benefit from some exciting developments that are either planned, under construction, or already completed.

These include the “Big Old Bazaar” project. This is located within easy reach of Bogaz and will be a commercial center built in the style of the old walled city of Famagusta with entrance gates and based upon the Turkish bazaars in Instanbul. It is expected that when completed this will provide about 1000 sites for shops, restaurants, gold souks and entertainments venues. This will attract visitors from all areas of North Cyprus and beyond and we would certainly expect a positive impact on property prices as a result.
